At the regions only Coatings Removal Service, we use the patented ProBlast CRS System for
all of our projects and work. This light weight, durable and portable system is capable of cleaning almost all surfaces of
any coating. Bringing the item back to it's original surface finish.
We use baking soda primarily for most of our cleaning needs. For tougher finishes like boat hull armour paint removal we use Magesium Sulfate, known to most as Epsom Salts. This has a slightly tougher abrasive use and leaves a slight profile for the new coat of Hull Paint to adhere to. We also have the ability to use a new media called K2 or Potassium Sulfate, a Ph neutral fertilizer which again has a stronger abrasive blast and works very well on heavy rust and calcium buildup. Also new to the market is crushed glass which we may use in the near future. This product, made from recycled pop bottles is virtually silica free,.2% which allows it to be used as a environmentally safe blast media. More info on it's uses here in the Maritimes soon. It is important to remeber that all of our blast material is water soluble for easy clean up and is more importantly ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY!!!!! ![]() Fireplace before soda blasting ![]() Fireplace after soda blasting
